Three ways to deploy.

Open-Source is free — you host it on your own infrastructure. Dedicated is a fully managed cloud instance, starting at $199/mo and billed hourly. Enterprise is self-hosted at scale with SAML/SCIM, audit logging, dedicated support, and volume pricing on a multi-year contract.

Dedicated is billed hourly at the rate of your selected instance — you only pay for the hours it's running. Stopped instances are still billed a small amount based on their disk size (underlying cloud storage costs continue to accrue). BYOC (Bring-Your-Own-Cloud) is the exception: it's billed at a flat monthly rate independently from region.

O1 fits low-to-moderate traffic, O2 fits moderate traffic, and O3 is tuned for high traffic. Actual capacity depends on concurrency, whether canvas elements are recorded, and whether you're capturing native mobile apps — so we recommend starting with O2 and scaling up if needed.
